Hi Rose,
Do you have a table in your slide show that doesn't fit on
the slide? If so, you'll have to resize the table to fit
on a single slide so you can see the entire table when you
run the presentation.
If this isn't what you mean could you be more detailed on
what you're trying to accomplish?

PowerPoint does not have the specific animation effect that you are looking
for.
If you (or anyone else reading this message) feel strongly that PowerPoint
should have a specific animation effect (or be able to create a specific
effect by combining others and without having to resort to VBA or add-ins),
don't forget to send your feedback (in YOUR OWN WORDS, please) to Microsoft

Is there a possibility of animating the scrollbars so as
to view the complete table (in word / excel) during a
powerpoint slide show?
it has been seen that the VBA code dosent work with ppt in
slide show mode..it works only in design mode... i m using
powerpoint 2000 can any1 suggest me on this ... ??

Have you tried displaying the document within a browser control on the
slide. It will be interactive and under user control.
You can use the free LiveWeb add-in to do this task -
http://www.mvps.org/skp/liveweb.htm
Downside it won't work with the PowerPoint viewer and needs complete
installation of PowerPoint.
