I am currently creating a slideshow
that i created a 30 second timer to answer a question
the problem is when i click the correct answer the timer is still going
any way to deactivate the timer when the correct answer is selected.
Thank You

If you are using animations for the timing device (like a bar that exit
animation wipes away in 30 seconds) you are using the main sequence timing.
If you also have a triggered animation set to show the correct answer when
clicked on you are using the interactive sequence(s). These two are
animation sequence types are independent. Therefore you should be able to
simple click on any non-triggered section of the slide to advance the
running timing to its endpoint (complete the running animation).

If this isn't enough, then you will need to resort to the use of VBA to
control the slide appearance. VBA is very powerful, but has many
restrictions (it will not run with the viewer, it is deactivated or not
installed on most systems, etc.)
