Animation-Resizing Grapics

I have a presentation with several graphic objects that represent steps in a work process. I need to present some detail on each of the steps. I wanted to make a slide that illustrates the process in a large circle around the perimeter of the slide. Then, I want to use animation to make an individual object move into the center of the circle and enlarge. When I am done discussing that particular step, I would like to make the object shrink and move back into its place in the work process, and make the next step enlarge and move into the center. Is there a way to use the animation functions in Powerpoint to make objects resize, and also to make an object move to a certain position, and then move back to its original position

In PowerPoint 2002 and 2003: YES - if you are using an earlier version: NO
(but there are workarounds).

So please tell us which version you use to get more detailed answers.

Kind regards,
Ute

You can do this in PowerPoint 2002 and 2003 quite easily, but you forgot to
mention what version you have.
