animation not active..please help!

Hey all!

For some reason my animated gif won't animate. I checked some setting in
control panel but didn't seemed to help. Is there anywhere else I can check
so I can get my animation working again. TK
 
Try this: control panel>internet options>Advanced tab>Multimedia section
