ANIMATION Gif in Internet explorer

dont know if this is an XP problem or not, but when I go
to any website, teh animated gif is NOT animated
Like for instance, this website

the belly dancer is animated for everyone but me, I have
gone into TOOLS and INTERNET OPTIONS Multimedia and all
teh proper things are checked so it should work but it
doesnt and this is VERY annoyhing for me. I have rebooted
too so I know that isnt the problem
Any suggestions?

UMMM I am not sure
sorry I dont know much..
It worked fine before but not any more
Someone told me to uninstall Zone Alarm and use some
other pop up stopper but I have had Zone alarm on my
computer since day one so dont really want to do that
How do I check if I have java installed

Zonealarm has nothing to do with animated gifs or JAVA. Tell your friend he
is wrong.
