Animation - Fade

I'm trying to fade an object (picture), from its original size to a smaller
size and have it stop and still stay on the slide redcued and faded. Now the
faded zoom for exit annimation seems to do this but it exits the slide, I
need the same effect but I want the object to stay on the slide. It maybe a
Grow Shrink / Transparency combo? etc.

Win 2000, PPT 2002.
