Animating GIFs in FP 2002

When using the dynamic HTML (DHTML) effects in FP 2002 I
have been unable to apply the effects to GIfs. I can
apply to headers and other text but have not been
successful adding to GIFs. When I highlight the GIF the
DHTML toll bar is faded out and inaccessible. Any
ideas/suggestions? Thanks-Michele

Choose Page Options from the Tools menu, click the
Compatability tab, set all the drop-down lists to Custom,
and select all the check boxes.
