animated gifs

When trying to download animated gifs ..........
I only see a static picture on the site I'm downloading
from and

I'm only allowed to save them as bitmaps which is
obviously no good
 
Your Internet Explorer Temporary Files Cache is full and
needs to be emptied.

Go to Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup
and perform some housekeeping.
