Animated GIF doesn't move!

Animated GIF files show up as still pictures. If I copy
it into an e-mail, it moves. When I look at it in
Internet Explorer (6.0) it doesn't.

I have security set at medium, and all the "advanced"
options set to default.

Any ideas?
