Animated Backgrounds

OK,.. is it possible to have an animated background in a PPT
presentation like an .AVI or .MPEG? I want the background to be
moving while text apears over it.

Videos always play on top, so the text will be obscured. You would have to
edit the video in other software to incorporate the text, or put the text
off to the side of the video.
