Animate just one or two words and not entire sentence

I need help! I have one sentence approx 25 words and I
want to do an emphasis animation on just a couple of the
words individually. When I try to apply, it apllies the
animation to the whole sentence. Thanks
 
put the words in a seperate text box and lay them over the space where the
would appear, leave appropriate space in the original text box to accomodate
for them. Then just apply anmiation to that text box. . . that's the best
way of doing it.
