Angled Column Titles Labels

If the column header in a report is horizontal, how can I move the header to
45 degrees from horizontal (so that the left end of the label is elevated
above the horizontal line and the right edge is touching the horizontal line)?

This has nothing to do with the problem at hand but why does the new message
option not work???? Do I have to pay microsoft some cash before it will work
for me???
