I have been thru compaq support , they connected me with MS support

I have tried to get a responce from him or You can send feedback to
Microsoft Management at

to my manager, Steven Song at mailto:[email protected].
but no reply ,
I open another support session and told to go thru all the steps all over
again
ready to give up and try Apple
