Analogue to wmv

Can someone suggest an appropriate capture card to convert
my old analogue tapes to wmv. These are mainly of my kids
as they were growing up so I would like pretty good
resolution please.

Pinnacle do a boxed set which includes a video capture
card, and video capture software.
