An unwanted toolbar opens whenever I launch IE

Each time I start my IE I get this completely useless bar
that takes space from the bottom of my screen. Here's
what I'm talking about:

It's easy to close and all but I don't want to do that
every time I open up a new browser window. There's
probably some simple way of preventing it from appearing,
but I just couldn't figure it out myself. Anyone here
able to help me with this?
