An unknown failiry has appeared in Windows Mail

I took away about 600 incoming mail. And when the trash map stored them I
tried to send a new e-mail. It wasn't delivered and I can't take it away from
the dilewery map. It is not possibel to send any e-mail from this moment.
Solution?? How to solve?? How to repair Windows Mail??

Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista

It also works on other folders.
