This not olny prevents me from deleting e-mails I can't send or forward an
e-mail In otherwords the e-mail option doesn't work period. !!!!! What is
going on???

Please send only a valid answer. Thank You. H Penz

If nothing will send out, chances are you have some messages stuck
in the Outbox. Delete all of those you can, and the rest can be deleted
by using the Clear Outbox function of WMUtil:
http://www.oehelp.com/WMUtil

Even if this fixes it, there is no guarantee that the same problem won't
come back, which is why I recommend forgetting about Windows Mail
and upgrading to its replacement:

Hi Gary,

I got rid of the workarounds with the Message Stores at the site. I do
not want to create any of these "Recovered Messages" mess. Take a look
and see if you approve of the updated methods. I'm still waiting on
Steve Cochran's test results on the old methods to see what he says.

Thank you for your opinion on this in advanced,

I agree that the newer method of deleting the contents of the
...\Windows Mail\ folder appears to be less harmful than the earlier method
of deleting just the two copies of the MessageStore files.
However, the complexity of the entire procedure is intimidating to the average
user, and the large number of steps required tend to increase the odds that a
mistake will be made somewhere during that lengthy procedure.
Therefore, for a non-savvy user I prefer to recommend a simple upgrade to WLM.
I am fairly well convinced that MS will not publish official patches for WM,
so we are doing people a disfavor by having them continue with a non-supported,
dead/dying product.
