An unknown error has occured

Please HELP:
After traveling with my laptop I can back to my home base and windows mail
will not allow me to send emails. I can receive just fine. I have checked
with my server and everything is correct for the outgoing mail server options.

I do have an email stuck in my outbox. When I try to delete the message is
pops up "Unknown error" and will not let me delete. It was explained to me
that once one outgoing message becomes stuck it stops other messages from
going out.

Please help. I have had nothing butt trouble with this "vistsa system" I
am sorry I changed from XP.

Frank,
I tried several times to open the application and it opens my ACT software
and does not alllow the application to open. Please Help.
 
I have no idea what ACT software is.
You downloaded and unzipped the file?
