hello, the are a bug in Scan scheduler when you want to specify a hour afert
midtime. in france we use 24hours notation an your scheduler dont accept this
and convert time in AM hour. 14h = 2h PM but it's convert 2h AM

Here is a workaround by Bill Sanderson:
This is relatively easy to do:

1) set your Windows language to English (United states)
2) schedule the scan for 2 PM.
3) set your Windows language back to the original chosen setting.
The scan should take place at 2 PM.
