An Intranet inside Windows 2000 Server

Would it be possible that I have an Intranet inside Windows 2000 Server and
let users access the web pages? Where I should upload the web page to? Do
I need an ISP for that?

I'm not sure I understand your question. If you say you want to have your own web pages that will only be accessed by
users on the same local network, then all you need is a web server like any Windows 2000 server with IIS installed. If you
need more information on setting up IIS then you need to post to \inetserver\iis newsgroup.
