An Internet Explorer Web browser object requires your approval

I have this pop up each time I log onto this specific account and it has no
details as to what BHO is trying to install.

I've scanned with:

Ad-Aware
Spybot
Spyware Doctor 3.2
MSAS
Ewido
Panda ActiveScan
Avast Anti-Virus

Is there anything else I can try?

Try emptying your Temporary internet files, turn off system restore, restart
in safe mode again and run the scans following utilities you listed.
