What kind of functionality are you looking for in Outlook 2003?
My basic understanding of Incredimail is that it is mainly used by "kids"
who can work a mailclient and don't want to use the webbased solution of
their (free) provider. It is targeted as a client which can easily create
fully dressed HTML e-mails with animated gifs and backgrounds. It's got a
wide variety of templates to start with. I wouldn't consider to use this
client in a professional organization myself.
