I am running Windows Vista 64 bit Home Premium on a Toshiba Satelite
L555D-57910.
I have to user accounts 1-admin and 1 limited.
Recently both accounst lost their account information for the email addresses
and can no longer send and recieve mail from their servers as a result.
The mail folders, sorting rules etc. seem un affected.
when I try to restore the email info from tools-accounts-add it lets me put
in all the information the gives me the error message:
""An error occurred while reading the new account information.""
and exits without adding the account.
What can I do about this?
