an error message that wont let me log into windows

hello. i have windows xp home edition and i have had it for two years now
and never needed a license for it. now when i try to put password in log in
account it acts like it is going to sign in then brings up message saying the
windows is having a problem locating the license for this computer error code
0x80090019

Erika, everyone needs a license to use Windows XP. If you were not
previously asked to enter a license key it's because the OEM (the
company that assembled your computer) installed a licensed copy of
Windows on your computer.

Your problem is due to error codes in third-party software, as discussed
here:

"You may receive error code 0x80004005 or other error codes when you try
to start a Windows XP-based computer"
