An autofilter that can filter arrays of time

I need the autofilter (or custom one) to be able to sort through an
array of time.

For example, Im doing an availability schedule for my business. When I
do the autofilter, I want to be able to select a time period and see
whos available for that time.

The time blocks right now are filled out this way:

Name Mon Tues

User 10-13 14-20


The Name column is there name, but theres a column for the days of the
week. And then the specific cell holds a military time from
HOUR-to-HOUR.

I want the autofilter to be on all the days-of-the-week headers and I
want to be able to enter like "11" or "12-14" and it to sort like
that.

Please help, i'm very new at excell. Thanks!
 
Instead of one column per day, create two columns per day. In the first
column, enter the start time, and in the other, enter the end time.

Then use the Custom selection in the AutoFilter dropdown to find
employees who are available within a specific time range.
