Amy Winehouse has died

I just saw that, can't quite believe it, really quite upset me.

I have both her albums, she was a talent for sure.

But looks as though she had the same self-destructive streak as Janis Joplin.

I saw her at Glastonbury in 2008 and she was really really good although some cynical critics denounced her performance there. There were lying, she was good. She played just before John Fogerty played the same stage and performed two old reggae numbers 'Monkey man' and 'Cupid' (The Sam Cooke song done reggae style).

Such a damned waste, 27 is no age to go, I'll miss her talent.
 
Fabulous talent but it always seemed inevitable that this very thing would happen. :(
 
It is so sad that Amy who was so talented and so young who has passed away before her full potential had developed. What a waste, what a shame and only 27.
 
Tis a waste...but her life was hectic....The ex hubbie etc ...drink ...drugs..people around her...and she could not handle it........I did not like her music and did not like her role model behaviour...but she was her parents lovely gorgeous
daughter and for that i feel very.. very sad...:(
