Ampersand in a Label

How do you put an ampersand (&) in a label a report or form? I'm sure it is
some brain-dead simple explaination, but I seem to be having a brain fart at
the moment... Any help will be appreciated..

Just use two ampersands.

A single ampersand in a label indicates that the next letter
is the shortcut key for the control that the label is
attached to.
