I don't know if anyone is familiar with a program called
Amicus Attorney, but it is a program many Law Firms use
to handle, categorize, and keep track of everything they
do as lawyer.
There is a problem I am experiencing as a Web designer
for this particular law firm. They have asked me to
design a email template for Outlook, and while that was
settled quite easily, a new problem has arised. When
trying to make a new email from Amicus Attorney, Amicus
opens Microsoft Word to do its emailing for them. While
the template I made appears when I make a new document
from Outlook, this is not the case when doing so from
Amicus.
Is there a way for me to have the template show up even
when opening a new document through Amicus?
Thanks in advance.
