amgrsrvc.exe

Received an error messgage indicating amgrsrvc.exe has
generated errors and Windows will be closing it.

Can anyone tell me what this is and how to correct?

I've also recently started getting this message everytime I boot up my
Windows 2000 computer. The computer is up to date with Windows
updates.

If anyone can tell me what is causing this error and how to correct it,
it would be greatly appreciated.
