AMD64 or P4Prescott HELP

I dont know which one to take:AMD 64(not FX) 3200+ 1Mb cache.....or P4
3.2Ghz Prescott 1Mb cache 800Mhz BUS....
I dont want to overclock them.Generaly I want to se this processor for
gameing.............help!!!!!!!!!!

Do you have a specific question beyond what benchmarks you've been able
to google?

AMD64. 64 bit is set to take over from 32 bit in the next 12 months
especially once MS get their finger out of their arse.
