AMD upgrade

Would it be worth while to upgrade from a Athlon 2200 XP to an 3200 XP? THe
3200 XP cost about $400 and I would not have o upgrade my motherboard.

Depends on what you do... If you are running a render farm then do
it... If not wait to go 64 bit...

No. Unless you like need this TODAY.
Wait a while.
Then either:

Rip out the mobo and cpu, and stuff the hole with an Athlon64 + mobo
at about the same cost (not today, like).

Or:

Buy a XP3200+ for $150.
