AMD Turion vs Intel Centrino

can anyone please try and explain the difference to me? also I have been trying to find the FSB speed of the Turion and their is a lot of conflicting evidence, some say that its 400MHz, others 800MHz and I have seen a screen shot saying that its 200MHz!!!??!?
