AMD Mobo Advice Please

I am in need of upgrading my Mobo - but I don't have the cash to buy a
64bit CPU. However I still want to buy a Shuttle AN50R mobo (based on
good reviews). My question is this: Can I plug my Athlon 1.4 32bit
CPU into the 64Bit Mobo?

My next question is: How do I know what AGP type I have and what
voltage it runs on?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

No, the 64bit is a different socket.
