Yes Win XP will run on it, but probably pretty slow. It's basically a
socket A Athlon XP 1600+ Tbred B core. It will overclock to close to
2400MHz, MB allowing. I didn't see a price in the link, but this machine
is worth no more than $175. Fine for general purpose computing. By todays
standards it's very slow. This would be a much better deal.
