AMD 965 Aftermarket Cooler

I am looking for a decent after market cooler for the below system in my sig for the CPU. Yesterday I stress tested the CPU using Prime 95 and within minutes the CPU temp went up to 60c the max for this CPU is 62c. This seems rather hot? The system idles around 35c mark and when gamings goes up to about 47c.

I have been looking at the following below I think one of them is the same as V_R is using for his Intel 7 rig.

I wont be stress testing each day but it seemed to get rather hot quickley.

Top one is mine, great cooler it is too. :)

Yours does seem hot, Stress testing will always heat the CPU higher than anyother app like gaming, thats the point of it. :)

Tried reseating the HSF?

I have tried reseating the HSF but it did not really make much difference. In games like dirt 2 the CPU temp is around 48c which is a more acceptable temp.

I noticed on the makers website for the Noctua it says that my mobo MSI 790FX-GD70, needs a special bracket to fit to the back of the board am I correct in thinking that I need I need to do is screw this in or slot it in?
 
Another recommendation for the Noctua, I have an earlier, similar, model with two Noctua fans on a dualie AMD2 3.2Ghz and it's the best and quietest cooler I've ever used.

As I recall you'll have to take your motherboard out to fit the retaining bracket and I'm fairly sure it's screwed in, but it's been a while now since I fitted mine so not 100% sure.
