AMC file conversion

Does anyone know of any software (or other way) that I
can use to convert my AMC movie files (from my mobile
phone), so that I can download and edit with Moviemaker?
At this time, Movie maker doesn't support AMC file
formats.

BUT, If you have a cable to connect phone to computer, was there no
