Amazon and IMDb images

For some reason, the "See Inside The Book" images at Amazon.com, and the
gallery pictures at The Internet Movie Database (IMDb.com) don't load for me
with IE6. I downloaded Netscape Navigator and these images load no problem.
Does anybody know what could be causing this, and how I can fix this problem?

Thanks ahead!

I should have been more specific about my problem. No icon for where the
image should be shows up, either the usual image icon, or the red X icon.
There's just a blank space where the image should be. Right-clicking anywhere
on the image doesn't bring up any menus either. And I've so far only had this
problem with the Internet Movie Database gallery photos and the Amazon.com
"Inside the Book" pages.

Are you running any of the other programs listed at

Which OS? If you're using XP SP2, some programs such as firewalls,
anti-virus, etc may need an update to work with SP2.

I'm using Windows XP Home Edition with SP2. I'm using none of the programs
listed in the link below, but I am using the Windows firewall. This problem,
however, has been around before I installed SP2 or started using the firewall.

Here's another aspect of my problem. If I'm surfing with images turned off,
I do get the regular image icon for photos in the Internet Movie Database
website. But, when I right-click > show image, it seems like the area where
the image should be flashes for a moment, and the image icon disappears. But,
again, the image doesn't show up.

At Amazon.com, however, there is no image icon, and I can't right-click on
the image. I believe this is Amazon's doing; protecting their preview pages
from being copied.

BP,
Amazon has restricted a number of things on that page:
function noRightClick
function noContextMenu
function noClip
"imagetoolbar" content="no"

That page uses a fair amount of javascript. Try putting your security
settings back to default- Internet Options> Security> Internet Zone> Default
level. Or put Amazon in Trusted Sites. Uncheck "Require server verification
(https)" and enter it as *.amazon.com

Or, try reloading your scripting engine from
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/downloads/list/webdev.asp
Be sure to DL the version for XP/2K
