i play pogo games & now the bottom part of the screen is missing. where the
chat box is located. pogo say's it is my srever's fault how do i fix this p.s
i am puter stupid. i am using windows xp

Question
Why do I have to click on the chat box every time I want to chat? It wasn't
like that before.

Answer
We're still investigating why this happens, but in the meantime, we can
suggest a way to reduce the inconvenience caused by this issue.

In order to make it so that you can chat without clicking on the chat box
every time, just click on the chat box at the beginning of the game and at
the beginning of each game round. After you do this, you should be able to
chat normally until the end of the round or game, or until certain
dialogue/text boxes appear on the screen.

We're very sorry for any inconvenience that this issue has caused.
 
When you open a Pogo game, look on the right side
and click on "Chat Options", then click on "Show Chat".

the chat box is cut off the screen so i don't have access to it. i have tried
the chat options but to no avail. pogo has told me to try another server but
i can't get them to download. this only happened about 2 weeks ago. has been
ok for the past year or so

Did you change your screen resolution or might POGO changed their supported
size? Increase your screen resolution to something 1024x768 or above and
full-screen the window.
 
pogo told me 2 do this also..did'nt work. they told me 2 update java ..didnt
work..now they say change server.also sent them a screen shot..also they told
me 2 download a link from them & send it back to them called easy info
...did'nt work lol

Then this is an issue with Pogo, their software, and/or their servers.
It isn't an issue with Windows XP or your computer. From your posts, it
sounds like Pogo has some fixing to do and there is nothing you can do
about it except keep up with their tech support people.
