Always put in anonymous address - how do I get off this bulletin board?

Whatever you do don't put a valid e-mail address in this
bulletin board. I made that mistake and I am paying for it
dearly with tons of virus infected e-mail in my inbox
daily. Thanks spammers, virus writers (and Microsoft for
making this bulletin board so secure). How do I take my
e-mail address off this bulletin board? Gee I'd put my
e-mail address down so you could get back to me but..... Oh
nevermind!
 
Now you know to use a false email address in your newsgroup setup. The cat
is out of the bag as far as your exposure of your real address. Microsoft
has nothing to do with these newsgroups and is not responsible for their
content.

There is nothing you can do except DELETE your e-mail
address and create a new one - welcome to the world of
SPAM.
