I can't delete this stinker! Spybot/MS finds it, won't
automatically delete; can't manually attack it in the
registry (an area I approach with extreme caution).
Ideas?

.
you might try hijack this, a program that displays
various registry entries. You can google it by typing in
hijack this. You can find the program there and also
some forums that will analyse your log after you run the
program. After downloading, move the program to your c
drive, maybe programs, hijack this. Run the program to
create a log, not to fix anything. The log is a notepad
file and you can post your log at one of the analyse
sites. They will tell you what needs to be done. This
might involve getting other programs and logs, but these
guys are good. I had a comp with 70 viruses and about
150 spyware/adware on it. They helped me get rid of all
of it.
