Alternatives to StyleXP

I'm using StyleXP to load new visual styles for Windows XP. But I find it's
very slow both in managing them. Are there any alternatives to it, or ways
to load visual styles without involving it? Thanks.

Go here and install the Patch. Than download some themes. That will change
the start button and a lot more.
