Alternative to Outlook

We need an alternative to Outlook. I am seeking a hosted solution that
has the ability to, at a minimum, to mail merge. Please help with your
suggestions. Thank you in advance!

Perhaps a list of why Outlook is not acceptable, it would assist in trying
to help you find an acceptable solution. Not to mention why type of mail
server you're actually planning on connecting to.

Tho, one has to ask... Outlook is just a mail client. There isn't really
a hosted mail client. You could argue that a web based mail reader (eg:
gmail, hotmail) is hosted. It isn't, but you could argue it.

Mail merge from what? There are all sorts of SPAM generation software
available on the Internet that will allow you to mass mail.
