Let see. Its a "big" project that I assume is very important and will take
much time and resourses and hopefully make money on the back end. But your
boss wants to save a few dollars on the most important part of the project
(i.e. the dev enviroment and productivity). Does not make any sense. I
might think about getting a new boss.
