Alternating colors on continuous form

I have a continuous subform that has a lot of fields on it. I'm wondering if
there is a way to make alternating rows on the form appear as different
colors. My preferred way would just be to change the back color for each
row, but changing all fields to alternating colors would work, too. I've
seen code to change the rows in reports, but that relies on using the "Detail
On Format" event, which the forms don't seem to have.
