Alternating between the worksheets

WAT with security

ALl I want to know is the quick keys for alternating
between one worksheet and the other. I have searched the
help file with no luck. Thanks
 
WAT, search the topic "keyboard shortcuts" in Excel help.

To go to the next worksheet, Ctrl+PgDn; to the previous, Ctrl+PgUp.

If you're displaying a single worksheet in multiple panes, press F6 to go to
the next worksheet pane, Shift+F6 to go to the previous one.
