Alternate News Server for this group

Can anyone direct me to an alternate news server for the group so that i can
continue to use Outlook Express as my news reader. I access at my office
thru news-server.satx.rr.com but have found that access to the group on this
server is only available if my gateway to the internet is Time Warner
Roadrunner San Antonio. (satx.rr.com)

Driving me crazy when I go to Starbucks and try get online to the NG becasue
the NewsGroup access is denied (since I am entering the net via a
non-Roadrunner gateway)

does MS have this group a MS NG server? Address?
