Alternating a records back colors on a report. Is it
possible? If it is how? I have placed a control on the
detail section of the report which counts the number of
records. I assume, that this could be used to target the
records who's background is to be colored in. Am I going
in the right direction? If not, explain the correct method!

I have placed a box control called: "ClrBox" behind the
records controls, it is colored light gray, but it's
property set to not visible. I would like to alternate the
back color for either the uneven numbred records to light
gray in the report. HELP!

Thanks,....

Go to the Microsoft Knowledge Base and search for Article
210392 (Access 2000: How to Shade every other detail line
on reports. I haven't done it yet, but printed it
recently because I want to do the same thing. Hope it
works!

Thanks for the pointer. I'm sorry, I forgot to mention the
access I'm using is Access 97. I will lookup the article,
however.
