Altered IE Logo: Apple with worm instead of world

Hi,

I got a nasty problem: a customer of mine has an apple with a worm on a
green background instead of the moving worl logo. It is using W2K SP4 and IE
with all patches and updates. Antivirus as well as PestPatrol did not find
anything.
Anybody has a clue hwo to get rid off?
