Alt-Tab shows alerts; can't see them

I understand that Alerts don't work correctly when
taskbar is not attached to bottom of screen. Since I had
taskbar at side, now I can see several Alerts using Alt-
Tab (also using tweakui visual display of alt-tab) but I
cannot get to them.
Is there a way to see the dialog boxes to click OK to
them or turn them off. They are stopping .bat file to run
which I executed.

I think you are seeing a bug related to the tweakui add-on. I don't know of
a workaround except to uninstall the add-on.
