Alt+Print does not work in Remote Desktop............................

Alt+Print is the same as Print Button.

That means it only captures the whole screen rather than just one
window

Any one knows how to solve it?

Use <Ctrl><Alt><Minus> (ie. the "-" key) to capture the active window in a RD session.

Look at this Resource Kit section for help with this issue...
